CEO

Joel brings over 16 years of experience in energy, behind-the-meter solutions and demand response (DR).

He led the DR business at Enel X following Enel's acquisition of EnerNOC in 2017. In 2022, he became the Head of Sales and Marketing for both Enel Green Power and Enel X. He joined EnerNOC in 2008 where he wore a variety of hats that span energy markets, regulatory affairs and operations.

CFO

Frank has over 35 years of experience in the energy and utility industries. 

His career includes chief financial officer and chief accounting officer roles in both public and private companies and in large and small organizations.

VP of Sales

Frank brings more than 30 years of experience in the energy industry, specializing in demand response, distributed energy resources, behind-the-meter generation, and energy management solutions.

Throughout his career, Frank has led business development and strategic partnership initiatives focused on commercial and industrial energy customers. His background includes building consultative sales teams and supporting customers through evolving energy market strategies.

VP of Operations

Steven has been in the energy business for over 10 years. A graduate of University of Buffalo, he started his energy career as an Operations Analyst for ECS, a Curtailment Solution Provider in NY. Subsequently he was rapidly promoted to positions of greater responsibility with ECS, then NRG-CS, before leaving to lead Energy Markets for Palm Energy. Most recently Steven was responsible for program operations for front of the meter energy storage systems at STEM. Steven has managed energy portfolios across all North America with extensive experience in ISO/RTO registration and market design.
